Referral program
Refer an executive — earn a referral fee
If you know an executive who keeps getting the AI question from their board or investors, send them my way. You make one introduction. They start with the Operating Leverage Session. On a completed engagement, you earn a referral fee.

Submit a referralA simple program: refer an executive, they book the Operating Leverage Session, you get a referral fee on completed engagements. [Sample — mg approves fee structure].
Three steps. One introduction.
The program is designed to be light on your end. You refer an executive you know and trust. Quiet Turn coaches them directly and brings in a bench when the work calls for it. When an engagement completes, you get paid.
- 01 Refer an executive Send a name through the form below
- 02 They start coaching Your referral books the Operating Leverage Session and starts coaching
- 03 You get a referral fee Paid on a completed engagement — not on the intro
The fee is paid on a completed engagement, not merely on an introduction or a booked intake. That keeps the incentive aligned: you’re rewarded when the work actually happens.

The fine print, kept short
