A clear answer before a commitment

The questions worth answering before you book.

Fit, confidentiality, time, and cost—plainly stated. If the work is not right for you, that should be clear here.

The working terms

Four areas to settle before the first call.

Read straight through, or go directly to the part of the decision that is still open.

Is this for me?

Role and consequential work matter more here than a technical starting point.

Is this work meant for an executive in my role?

The client is an executive who owns consequential decisions. Senior executives and owner-CEOs can both use the work; real work to examine and a willingness to practice matter more than title or industry.

Do I need to be technical or already using AI?

No. The work starts from your current experience and the work you already understand. If you are an experienced user, bring a harder question.

Why is this coaching rather than consulting?

The object is the executive’s own capability and judgment. You work hands-on with real decisions, documents, and workflows; Quiet Turn does not take the work away and return an outsourced roadmap, a course, or a recommendation deck.

Where does Quiet Turn’s scope stop?

Quiet Turn does not take on company transformation, implementation, vendor selection, corporate training, executive search, regulated professional advice, or a guaranteed result. Company-level work goes to named specialists while Quiet Turn stays on the executive’s side of the table.

How the work runs

The concrete terms of a bespoke relationship should be easy to inspect before you begin.

What happens in the Operating Leverage Session?

It is a paid 50-minute working session with a principal at $995. Bring one current question; you will work on it and consider the most useful next step, which may be no further engagement. The fee is credited in full toward Private Executive AI Coaching, an Intensive Day, or Operating Partner.

What does the six-month relationship include?

You work with a named principal for 50 minutes weekly or 105 minutes every other week. Scheduling is flexible, though a consistent cadence is recommended. The relationship includes async questions, agreed practice using your own work, and written feedback. You control the learning pace; there is no fixed syllabus.

How much work happens between sessions?

The practice is work already on your desk, not a separate curriculum. You agree what to try at your own pace, and questions between sessions receive a reply within one business day.

What if six months stops making sense?

Private Executive AI Coaching is a six-month engagement. The first three months are required so we can work in earnest. If timing or other circumstances come into play, you may choose at month three to wind down with thirty days’ written notice. Otherwise, the engagement continues through month six, when you may conclude or extend.

What stays private

Discretion is operational: who knows, who sees the work, and which tools may touch it.

Who is accountable for my engagement?

A named principal is accountable and normally remains with you throughout. Supporting people participate only when useful; they are named, and you approve their access. If the relationship is not working, discuss what is missing rather than expect an instant reassignment.

Does my company or board have to know?

No. You may pay personally or through your company, but you remain the client and confidentiality runs to you. Nothing requires a company email address, a company calendar entry with Quiet Turn’s name, or a company tool.

What enters Quiet Turn’s AI tools?

Quiet Turn is transparent about using AI for research, preparation, notes, and review, with human judgment and accountability retained. Production credentials, sensitive datasets, regulated records, and third-party confidential material do not enter those tools; synthetic examples are used where needed, and otherwise the material is the executive’s own work product. Information about named people at your company stays with your principal unless you approve access. Transcription is optional, including partway through a conversation. Nothing is published without your written permission.

Fees, payment, and other formats

The commitment and the available alternatives should be legible before the call.

What does coaching cost, and who can pay?

Private Executive AI Coaching costs $12,000/month for six months. You may pay personally or through your company; cards and ACH are accepted, and other arrangements can be discussed. Quiet Turn does not accept equity in lieu of payment. Discounts and in-kind contributions are available for nonprofit leaders.

How do an Intensive Day and Operating Partner differ?

An Intensive Day addresses defined work in one full day at $7,500/day, with a prep call and a two-week follow-up. It can be in person, with travel billed at cost. Operating Partner is staffed execution support from from $20,000/month; its actual scope and fee are decided in the Operating Leverage Session.

Is the work remote or in person?

Coaching is by video by default. An Intensive Day can be in person, with travel billed at cost. The format is agreed to suit the work.

One useful conversation

If a question is still unresolved, bring that one.

The Operating Leverage Session is a paid 50-minute working session. One current question is enough. Sometimes no further engagement is the right result.
